KBK Crane rail installation method
The KBK track is mainly used for lightweight and high-frequency material transfer, with a maximum lifting capacity of 2 tons. KBK track is composed of track, suspension equipment, trolley and some functional parts. This product is very attractive to the domestic material industry.
1. The primary installation method of KBK track
KBK track installation generally chooses two forms of steel structure beam and concrete precast beam. The concrete precast beam needs to reserve embedded holes so that the bolts can pass through the bolts during the installation process, or the bolts will wear out. The primary installation methods include pressure plate fixing, hook screw fixing, welding and bolt joint fixing, etc. When the first method is selected, the required rigidity is required. Single or double holes can be made according to the stress conditions of each pressure plate.
2. Installation of KBK rail standard parts
Rail suspension is also an important standard component, usually located on the upper suspension beam or rail suspension frame, and can be installed with two long nuts with spherical joints. It should be noted that all bolts must be tightened according to the regular torque when connecting. This allows the light rail to float.
After the boom is installed, the rails need to be connected. A hexagon socket wrench with universal joint can be used for connecting bolts. When connecting, the bolts should be tightened evenly according to the regular torque. If the ends of the bolt joints are not evenly tightened, the guide rail will bend. When several tracks are suspended, it is necessary to cross a horizontal plane, if it is a straight line. Even if there is an error, the horizontal height should not exceed 10mm.
3. The next step is to install and run trolleys, cable cars and built-in buffers on the track.
In order to install smoothly, it is necessary to drill holes on the top of the track, and close the end of the rail with the buffer end cover, and use the bolts on the ice crystal end cover according to the regular torque to ensure the safe operation of the trolley.
