Electric Wire Rope Hoist Electrical Box Installation

One of our Jamaica clients sent back his questions when he prepared to install the hoist, especially the electrical box installation. He bought the MD double lifting speed hoist with inverter traveling; he is wondering how to judge the speed before testing the speeds. 

At the beginning, he insisted on that we sent the single speed hoist, but we are sure we sent the double speed hoist, in order to make clear, we ask him to take photos of electrical box, and then he took clear photos for us to help to solve his doubt.

After our electrical engineer checking and we marked the components in the control box for him, he did accordingly and finally install and test successfully.

From this case, we would like to tell that crane installation and testing should be under the condition that all the wire connections are absolutely correct, please ask for professional electrical people to do connections according to the electrical drawing we sent, or take clear pictures of the parts and send back to us for guidance, if necessary, we will send our engineer on site to help.

Please do not operate the crane before you are sure of all the connections are correct, if necessary, please take photos of the connections completely for our checking.
