2. Spray method: For large gantry cranes, the spray method will be more suitable and convenient. It is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or thin-layer anti-rust oil, but it must be carried out with complete fire protection and labor protection measures.

Surface cleaning for the cleaning of gantry crane bearings, a suitable method must be selected according to the nature of its material and environmental conditions. Common cleaning methods include chemical treatment cleaning method, mechanical cleaning method and solvent cleaning method. And it should be noted that the surface needs to be dried after cleaning. You can use filtered dry compressed air to dry it, or use a dryer to dry it. In addition, under simple conditions, the bearings of the gantry crane can also be wiped dry with cotton cloth.
