Cranes are nonstandard products, most need to be customized. most of the dimensions of girder are long, which can not be loaded into container. Consider the above, Yufei came out a new thought during communicating with clients: 

Yufei can provide the fabrication drawing of girders to clients who are able to manufacture girders at their site, while Yufei only supply crane parts to guide assembly. Till now Yufei has realized many cases like that, and they are more successful than expected, Yufei will firstly send break-up price list for client, they will calculate manufacturing cost, also the shipping freight is a important cost need to be considered; Yufei respect all the clients decision, and also want to save cost for each client, below is an example case

Application: machining parts lifting and handling.

After receiving the deposit from client, Yufei sent the fabrication drawing of girder and end carriages, but there is one problem, client site already have a girder finished and the dimensions is as below:

In this way, Yufei need to reconsider and end carriages design, the end carriages design much be matched perfectly with the existing girder in client site. After several times communications, Yufei sent the suitable design of end carriages, which is confirmed by both parties. Another point Yufei need to pay attention to is the hoists dimensions, Yufei should ensure the hoists to mount on the girder and performance well. 

During production, Yufei kept all the details in mind, because this time it is not providing a whole crane but parts of crane, each carelessness will lead to unimaginable results.
