LX-type Electric Suspension Single Girder Overhead Crane

LX electric suspension single girder overhead crane is composed of main beam, end beam, electric hoist, electric running car and electrical equipment. It is used in conjunction with CD and MD electric hoists and is suspended on the I-beam track on the upper part of the factory building. The electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the I-beam of the main beam. The operation mode of handle button + remote control is usually adopted to complete the lifting of objects. The whole machine is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with JB/T2603-1994 standard.

Product Features


1. The structure can be selected independently: the main beam structure of the product has three forms: I-beam main beam, box main beam and flower rack main beam structure. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure and strong rigidity of the whole machine. The main beam structure can be selected independently to reduce the cost of plant construction

2. Configuration comparison and selection: Electric hoists with low clearance structure can be selected to effectively increase the lifting height

3. Close cooperation between components: Conical brake motors are usually used for lifting and operation, and the reduction device adopts gear reduction transmission; the whole machine is equipped with lifting and lowering limit switches, trolley travel switches, handle buttons, overload limiters and other accessories

4. Working environment and design features: The lifting capacity is 0.5~10t and the span is 3~16m. The working environment temperature is -20ºC-40ºC, and the operation mode is ground operation (wired and wireless). The working level is A3-A5. It has the characteristics of light structure, easy installation and maintenance.

5. It is not suitable for the following scenarios: It is not suitable for working in flammable and explosive media or places with high temperature and acid and alkali gases, nor is it suitable for lifting molten metals, toxic substances and flammable materials.
