What should I do if the power is suddenly cut off while the bridge crane is running?
In the production process, sometimes there is a power outage. If the power outage occurs when the bridge type driving is used, many operators do not know how to deal with it, and there may be potential safety hazards. What to do?
During the running process, if the power supply is not cut off, the power cut may be caused by the problem of the crane itself. There are several possible reasons:
1. There is a problem with the power supply line of the driving
2. Defects in the design of electrical control cabinets lead to power outages.
3. Serious aging of electrical components leads to power failure, and parts need to be replaced at this time.
4. Other failures of components. Because the equipment is more complex, a small problem may lead to failure, and then the technicians should step by step to find out the cause.
There are also customers who say that the truck can walk left and right, but the power is cut off when it is lifted. What is going on?
There should be a short circuit in the main hoisting mechanism, or a short circuit in the fire limit, or a short circuit in the motor. You can use a tool to measure it.
When a power failure occurs during driving, stop using the crane immediately, pull down the electric switch, and wait for the power supply to return to normal before re-operating. If there is a heavy object hanging on the hook, a warning line should be pulled or a warning sign should be placed on the site to remind the work. Personnel are prohibited from passing and staying under the hook.
No matter what the cause of the power outage, we need to respond as soon as possible and properly respond to emergencies in order to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel
