What are the failures of the general crane hydraulic system?

The hydraulic system is noisy and vibrates.

The reason is: there is air in the system.

Remedy: Open the exhaust valve, make each mechanism reciprocate several times, and exhaust the air.

The outrigger fails to retract.

1) If the two-way hydraulic lock fails, check the hydraulic lock and eliminate the fault.

2) If the oil pressure is too low, the opening pressure of the relief valve 5-4 should be adjusted.

3) The tubing is blocked. The oil pipe should be overhauled.
