The use and maintenance of the crane during the break-in period
During the running-in period of the crane, everyone should pay attention to the maintenance of the crane to avoid the problems of poor lubrication, fast wear and loose connection pieces. The use and maintenance of bridge cranes and gantry cranes during the running-in period can be summarized into several items such as strengthening training, reducing load, paying attention to inspection, and strengthening lubrication.
1. The crane operators arranged by the enterprise should receive training and guidance, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the crane, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience before they can operate the machine independently. Before operating the crane, be sure to read the operation and maintenance manual, and operate and maintain according to the requirements of the manual.
2. Pay attention to observe the various instruments of the equipment. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine to check and eliminate the fault in time. If the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated, the operation should be stopped.
3. Pay attention to the workload during the running-in period. Generally, the workload during the running-in period should not exceed 80% of the rated workload, and pay attention to arranging a suitable workload to prevent the machine from overheating caused by continuous operation for a long time.
4. Keep the machine clean, adjust and tighten the loose parts in time to prevent the parts from being worn out or lost due to loosening.
5. Always check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water). During the inspection, it is found that there is too much oil and water shortage, and the reason should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended that during the running-in period, grease should be added to the lubrication point in each shift (except for special requirements).
6. After the running-in period, the machine should be compulsorily maintained, checked and adjusted, and at the same time, pay attention to the replacement of oil.
Enterprises pay attention to the use and maintenance of cranes during the break-in period, which can prolong the service life of various parts of the machine and reduce costs
