How to install bolts on electric flatbed?

When the electric flatbed truck is working, the bolts need to be fixed and installed, so as to ensure the normal operation in the later stage. How to install the bolts of the electric flatbed?

(1) Solving the insulation layer of the bolt: In order to ensure that the insulation layer of the bolt is wet and cold after being exposed to water, the bolt should be soaked with sulfur, that is, after the sulfur is melted, the following part of the bolt wire mouth is soaked with sulfur, removed and then dried. 

(2) The specific method of bolt installation is: 

①The oil stains and rust of the foot bolts must be clean.

②After the bolt is inserted, its leveling position and top aspect ratio should be calibrated and fixed. 

③ The water demand for mixing of the grouting material should be lower than the strongly recommended water demand, and the actual water flow rate should be determined according to the regulations on the spot.

④ When grouting steel reinforcement bolts, the following requirements should be met: the mixed grouting material should be poured into the bolt holes, the vibration force and tamping are prohibited during the grouting, and the bolts cannot be adjusted after the grouting is completed; it is not easy to fill the grouting project immediately. When entering, a launder is used to assist the construction of the project; during the whole process of grouting, it is found that there is bleeding on the surface, and the grouting material should be spread to absorb the water.
