During use, check the machine every time to observe whether the machine has abnormal sound and whether the operation performance is sensitive. When the hook is in the lowest working position, the wire rope on the drum must retain more than 3 safety loops. Jog the button and visually observe the axial movement of the motor shaft, which should be within the range of 1 to 2 mm. Check every week whether the hook head rotates flexibly and whether the bearing is filled with oil, etc. Check the wire rope regularly every month, the tail end should be firm and reliable, the appearance of wear and tear should not have kinks, looseness, corrosion and other defects. The wire rope is maintained once every six months (smearing butter, etc.). Check the track of the crane every six months to ensure that there is no looseness, deformation, etc.
