Precautions for regular maintenance of crane parts wheel sets

The wheel set of crane parts needs to be overhauled regularly, and there are some things to pay attention to during the overhaul.

First of all, the axle hole of the wheel set needs to be inspected regularly, and the defects and depth of the axle hole are strictly regulated. If the quota is exceeded, new parts need to be replaced.

Secondly, if the radial wear of the pulley groove of the wheel set exceeds 32% of the wall thickness, replace it with a new one. If the maintenance is not exceeded, the interval during maintenance cannot exceed 0.5 mm.

Thirdly, when the pulley of the wheel set is overhauled, it is necessary to check for cracks, and the wear of the part's journal should not exceed 40%, otherwise, replace the new part. 

Finally, the wheel set of the crane parts needs to be disassembled during maintenance. After the inspection and maintenance are completed, they must be assembled in time. After assembly, testing is required.
