4 Sets of Gantry Crane for Leirong Highway Project Put into Use

Recently, 4 sets of Gantry Crane manufactured by Shenghua Group for the beam fabrication yard of Kaili-Leirong Highway Project in Guizhou Province, China has been finished installation, commission and put into use, among which, there’re 2 sets of 100T/10T-35m-9.5m Beam-lifting Gantry Crane and 2 sets of 10T-35m-9m Gantry Crane.

What’s Beam-lifting Gantry Crane? 

Beam-lifting Gantry Crane mainly consists of main beam, supporting leg, trolley, hydraulic transmission system, hydraulic brake system, turning system, power system, electric system, micro-electronics system, cabin room, lifting system, turning and supporting hydraulic system, luffing system and safety devices. 

Beam-lifting Gantry Crane looks like a gantry, it lifts and moves the product forward and backward, its hoisting system is the winch, working together with the end carriage to transport the product, and the whole working procedure are on the rails and repeat all the time.

The beam-lifting gantry crane is connected by the pin and high-strength bolts, easily to disassemble and transport. Compared with the normal type gantry crane, it’s cheaper, easier to install. This crane can lift one or two beam during the bridge construction; it can work together with the bridge girder erection machine to make the bridge construction more convenient.
