What is the Electric Winch?
The working principle of the winch is to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy through a motor, that is, the motor's rotor rotates and outputs, and then drives the reel to rotate after being decelerated by the V-belt, shaft, and gear. The drum winds the wire rope and passes through the pulley block to make the crane hook lift or drop the load, convert the mechanical energy into mechanical work, and complete the vertical transportation, loading and unloading of the load. The structure of the electric winch is composed of a motor, a coupling, a brake, a gear box and a reel, which are installed on the frame together.
Electric winch can also be called electric hoist. For large lifting heights, large loading and unloading volumes, and busy work conditions, good speed regulation performance is required, especially the empty hook can be quickly lowered. For materials that are installed in place or sensitive, they must be able to drop at a micro-motion speed.
The winch includes JK fast winch and JM slow winch, which can only be used on the ground. It is powered by a motor, is driven by an elastic coupling, a three-stage enclosed gear reducer, and a jaw coupling drives the reel. It adopts electromagnetic system.
The Electric winch has high versatility, compact structure, small size, light weight, heavy lifting, and convenient use and transfer. It is widely used in construction, water conservancy projects, forestry, mines, docks, etc. for material lifting or flat towing, and can also be used as modern electronic control supporting equipment for automatic operation line.
