Inspection of crane cart track and trolley track
The large and small vehicles of the bridge crane must run on the track. In order to ensure the safety of the operating mechanism of the large and small vehicles, it is generally required to check 2 to 4 times a year. According to the inspection results, necessary adjustments can be made to the track pressure plate, fish plate, bolts, etc. If it is determined that the trolley track needs to be replaced, it is not allowed to use oxygen-acetylene flame to cut the track, pressure plate or weld to prevent the deformation of the main beam caused by local heating of the upper cover plate of the main beam during flame cutting. A grinding wheel or other tools can be used to shovel the weld and disassemble the track.

The track is the basis for the smooth operation of the crane or the trolley. With the impact and vibration generated during the operation of the crane, it may cause the loosening of the track installation, the falling off of the connecting parts, the deformation, the crack, and the out-of-accuracy index.
