It is necessary to regularly check the parts of the bridge crane to prevent accidents

(1) Uneven wear of the pulley grooves will easily cause the wire rope pulley to contact evenly, and severe cases will cause operational problems; the pulley shaft wear overrun will easily cause the pulley shaft to break, and once the amount of wear exceeds the relevant regulations. The overhead crane necessary to replace it.

(2) If the reel is worn out or exhibits fatigue cracks, it is easy to cause damage to the reel; if the key is severely worn, it is easy to cause the key to fall off and cut, and the severe one is likely to cause heavy objects to fall. Should be replaced in this situation

(3) The small shaft of the brake, the spindle, the brake wheel, the brake shoe material pad wear and overrun, and the fatigue crack of the tie rod and the spring may cause the brake to fail, and should be replaced.

(4) If the spokes and treads of the crane wheels have fatigue cracks, or the wheel flanges and treads are worn out and overrun, the wheels will simply be damaged, and the severe ones will cause the crane to derail.

(5) If the error of the transmission system is too large, the frame is skewed and deformed, the error of the track and wheel device is too large, and the oil is stored on the track, it will simply cause the dog and the car to run badly. It is necessary to adjust, clean and correct in time.
