Emergency handling measures for driving and electric hoist accidents

1. When the crane lifting heavy objects, when driving or electric hoist is found to be circling the rope, the parking signal should be announced in time, and the maintenance personnel should be notified to deal with it after parking.

2. In the process of descent of the heavy object, if you find that it is severely self-slipping and unable to stop, you can quickly press the "up" button to raise the weight a little, and then press the "down" button to make the heavy object fall to the ground repeatedly. Check and handle the driving and electric hoist.

3. When the crane motor burns out, the brake or the anti-fall safety device is damaged, or the wire rope breaks during the lifting process, the operator should stop the operation, quickly evacuate to a safe address, and report to the leader in time.

4. When driving or hoisting objects with electric hoists, if the contactor is found to be stuck or the controller is out of order, immediately disconnect the power supply and deal with it.
