LX Single Girder Suspension Overhead Bridge Crane

LX type suspension overhead crane is a light duty overhead crane. It can be suspened on the girder of steel structure.

Relatively, they are designed for light loads (up to 5000kg). Parts assembly, manufacturing and processing industry, pallet shipping, injection molding, warehousing loading and unloading, equipment maintenance, etc.

In order not to affect the operation, when a working area is not allowed to have any support structure, flexible light composite beam suspension crane is a perfect choice. This crane system requires a roof structure strong enough to support the crane load safely. Customers can install multiple main girders on a set of fixed rails, greatly improving production efficiency. This kind of product is steel structure, the lifting weight is 250-5000kg, the total length of the main beam can reach 10m. Compared with the traditional beam crane, the design and handling force of the closed rail is only one third of that. The truss rail design makes the span larger and the installation layout more flexible.

Points to attention: 

1. Users should lock the crane in time, when the crane stops operating on operating spot.

2. There is no electric wire above the total switch of the crane. Strictly forbid to use in such dangerous operating as easily combustible, explosive, corrosive, overloading, dust, etc.
