Application:
This crane is a special product equipped with electromagnetic carrier beam that used to lift iron or steel plates, pipes and so on. It consists of bridge, crane travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and lifting beam. Both travelling mechanism and trolley motors are special motors for cranes, large starting torque and loading capacity.
The electromagnetic beam can be taken down from the hook or desinged as fix hanger. The beam length can be designed as requirements. The beam can be parallel of plumbing with crane girders depending on transporting environment.

The number of rectangular magnets below spreader beam is considered to the size of long billet need to be lifted.
Maximum back up time of battery for magnets shall have of 30 minutes.
The magnets is suitable for temperature under 200 deg C.
Full length chequered plate platform at both sides. The minimum width of platform as request.
Load cell for over load protection of hoist on request.
Alarm bell provided for safety purpose.
